During setup, the Yellow Setup Ball doesn't highlight red When you press down ctrl and drag the item over to the Yellow Circle, it should highlight red. If the cursor turns to a NO-ENTRY symbol with a LOCK * Just wait as the sim is working on it. It should eventually turn to a normal cursor and you can release the item into the Yellow Ball.
